Simmons & Simmons acquires legal engineering firm Wavelength.

Simmons & Simmons, an international legal practice, acquires Wavelength, the first regulated legal engineering firm in the world. Financial terms were not disclosed. Jeremy Hoyland, Managing Partner at Simmons & Simmons, commented: “This is an exciting opportunity for the firm and one that will give our clients a clear advantage.
