Xenon Partners acquired Scout APM.

Xenon Partners, a software-focused technology private equity firm, acquired Scout APM, a leading provider of Application Performance Management software. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The Scout team have been thought-leaders in the developer market for more than 10 years. We were impressed with the company’s organic growth to date and look forward to partnering with the team moving forward,” says Jonathan Siegel, General Partner at Xenon Partners. “We have found in Scout a great product and scalable technology that was previously not well known in the APM user community--we now have an opportunity to change that.”
