RAISE Investissement, an investment company, Initiative & Finance, representative of SMEs financing segment, and Impact Partenaires, manages investment funds with social impact completed investment in EPSA Groupe for $221m. On the occasion of the capitalization reorganization of the group EPSA, RAISE Investissement becomes shareholder alongside the management team which retains the majority of the capital. During this transaction, Capelia and Initiative & Finance, the historic shareholders, also reinvest in the company's capital.
