H2-backed Amberon completed its acquisition of MLP Traffic from Mervyn Lambert Plant.

H2-backed Amberon, a traffic company, completed its acquisition of MLP Traffic, the traffic management trading division of Mervyn Lambert Plant, headquartered in Garboldisham, Norfolk. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This is a very exciting time for both businesses with many opportunities ahead, the opportunity to work with the leading firm in East Anglia and expand our joint presence in the South East is strategically attractive.
