CAPZA acquired a majority stake in ITAL Express.

CAPZA, a leading private investment platform, acquired a majority stake in ITAL Express, France’s leading suppliers of spare parts for trucks, trailers, LCVs and agricultural tractors. Financial terms were not disclosed. “ITAL Express has ambitious plans to expand, primarily by making acquisitions in France as well as internationally. We are enthusiastic about the idea of being able to support Patrice Claverie and his team through this new phase of development”, says Benoit Choppin, Managing Partner at CAPZA.
