Groupe Bertrand, a French restaurant group, agreed to acquire Léon de Bruxelles, a chain of restaurants that known for primarily serving moules-frites, from Eurazeo PME, Eurazeo's investment division specializing in mid-cap companies. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We have supported the group in its transformation and played an active role over the course of our partnership.
