Gemphire Therapeutics, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing therapies for the treatment of dyslipidemia as well as nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, and NeuroBo Pharmaceuticals, a privately-held clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on novel, disease-modifying therapies for neurodegenerative diseases, completed their merger.
