Transdev, a French-based international private public transport operator, acquired A Bjorks, a Swedish public transportation operator. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition clearly positions Transdev among the top three players in the Swedish public transportation field. We will continue accelerating on our recent stream of commercial successes in Stockholm and Göteborg. We are eager to start meeting our new clients and partners and welcoming all new employees to Transdev.
