Triton-backed Royal Reesink acquired Meerman Group, the exclusive distributor of Kubota earthmoving machines. Financial terms were not disclosed. Lourens Meerman, as a second generation family member, has guided the company's growth into what it is today: "Of course we, Koen, Ilse and I, thought long and hard about this step, but it was ultimately Royal Reesink’s exact same mentality and entrepreneurial spirit which convinced us to work together for the future".
