Synopsis
Blue Water, DC-based digital agenc, and MissionSide, which specializes in the integration of all aspects of customer experience, announced a merger deal. Financial terms were not disclosed. Adam Slagowski, President and CEO of the combined companies explained the rationale behind the merger stating, “MissionSide’s acquisition of Blue Water combines a breadth of strategic customer experience planning, optimization, and operations capabilities that were previously available only from the large integrators. Our capabilities are enabled by decreasing implementation costs of mature cloud-based supporting technologies and will make the promise of a truly transformative customer experience a reality for our public and private sector clients.”
