ITV Studios acquired Armoza Formats.

ITV Studios, which creates and distributes TV programming, acquired Armoza Formats, an Israeli format creator and distributor. Financial terms were not disclosed. Maria Kyriacou, President, ITV Studios International, said: “Armoza Formats has rapidly grown to be one of the top independent creators and distributors of global entertainment hits. This is a unique opportunity to work with Avi and his team and combine his expertise with ITV’s presence and reach to undoubtedly create many more hits of the future.”
