Ubisoft to acquire 70% stake in Green Panda Games.

Ubisoft, a casual gaming software firm, agreed to acquire a 70% stake in Green Panda Games, a publisher of free-to-play mobile games, specialized in hyper-casual games. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are delighted to be coming on board with Ubisoft and are looking forward to continuing developing our games portfolio within a group that is in the full throes of expansion.” Guillaume Sztejnberg, Green Panda Games Founder.
