Sisal Group and Banca 5 formed a joint venture.

Sisal Group, which provides gaming and betting services, and Banca 5, part of the Intesa Sanpaolo banking group, formed a joint venture for the creation of a partnership offering banking products as well as payment and transaction-oriented services. Financial terms were not disclosed. 70% of the new company will be held by Sisal Group and 30% by Banca 5. Sisal Group, directly and through its subsidiaries, and Banca 5 will contribute their respective payment and telco businesses to NewCo and the subsidiaries that will be wholly owned by NewCo.
