Hillcore Group completed the acquisition of Treeline Well Services.

Hillcore Group, an independent Canadian investment firm, completed the acquisition of Treeline Well Services, a provider of oil and gas well services to energy companies operating across Western Canada. Financial terms were not disclosed.
