Vivarte sold Cosmoparis shoe brand to Maison Lejaby, a French fashion house. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Vivarte, a French fashion, footwear and leather goods group, announces the sale of its Cosmoparis shoe brand to Stéphane Collaert and Thierry Le Guénic," the company said in a statement. "Vivarte continues to refocus its activities and its human and financial resources on its brands La Halle, Caroll and Minelli," said Patrick Puy, president of Vivarte.
