Platinum Equity and Littlejohn-backed Interior Logic Group acquired Flooring Systems, a Houston, Texas based design studio services and flooring installation business. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of Flooring Systems is essential for ILG to now fully complete our Texas go to market strategy.
