Azulis Capital completed the acquisition of Cegid Public.

Private equity firm Azulis Capital completed the acquisition of Cegid Public, a software company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With this acquisition, we want to support Cegid Public in its pursuit of its development in its current market by supplementing, if necessary, its range of products to better serve its customers. We will provide Cegid Public with our professional network of experts, advisers and entrepreneurs.
