Sharp Electronics, a Japanese-Taiwanese multinational corporation that designs and manufactures electronic products, completed the acquisition of Complete IT, the IT services company that supports over 350 businesses. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition is a key strategic milestone for SBSUK.
