Lupa Systems and Attention Capital to acquire Tribeca Enterprises.

Lupa Systems, a private investment company, and Attention Capital, a company that buys, builds and scales media brands, agreed to acquire Tribeca Enterprises, a multi-platform storytelling company, from The Madison Square Garden, an American sports and entertainment holding company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Iconic brands like Tribeca provide invaluable curation and human connection.
