Uplight to acquire Ecotagious.

Uplight, the leading provider of end-to-end, customer-centric technology solutions dedicated to the energy ecosystem, has acquired Ecotagious, a market leader in turning a customer’s energy data into energy savings. Financial terms were not disclosed.
