CPC Packaging completed the acquisition of Fina Flexible.

CPC Packaging, a French packaging company, completed its acquisition of Fina Flexible, a Valencian manufacturer of packaging and labels. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition will significantly expand our geographic coverage in European markets since Fina has a consolidated customer base in the food sector in Spain and Western Europe," CPC management.
