BigHand, a provider of digital dictation software and workflow solutions acquires London-based template management company Iphelion. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition of Iphelion will enable BigHand to bolster its document creation capability and complement its existing template management solution ‘BigHand Create’. “The vision for our legal business clear: we want to be the industry leader for our evolving range of solutions.
