Experian, the global information services company, agreed to acquire MyHealthDirect, a US business specialising in digital coordination capabilities for healthcare. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition will complement Experian's existing strengths in the financial and administrative segment (revenue cycle management) of US healthcare.
