Eastspring completed the acquisition of Thanachart Fund Management.

Eastspring Investments, the Asian asset management business of Prudential, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Thanachart Fund Management from Thanachart Bank, a bank headquartered in Bangkok, for $137m.
