Duxton Vineyards Group, a owner and operator of vineyards in Australias, agreed to acquire The Stanley Wine, a producer of wine, from Accolade, a producer and distributor of wines. Financial terms were not disclosed. Accolade will retain the Stanley Wines brand in the deal.
