Duxton to acquire The Stanley Wine from Accolade.

Duxton Vineyards Group, a owner and operator of vineyards in Australias, agreed to acquire The Stanley Wine, a producer of wine, from Accolade, a producer and distributor of wines. Financial terms were not disclosed. Accolade will retain the Stanley Wines brand in the deal. "The sale of Stanley Winery marks a significant milestone in the restructuring of our Australian operations and, with the expansion of our Berri facility, lays the foundation for efficiently growing sales of our portfolio of brands in domestic and export markets," Ari Mervis, Accolade Wines Executive Chairman.
