Partners Group-backed Grassroots Renewable Energy, a renewable energy platform, agreed to acquire Bango Wind Farm, an Australian wind farm, for £112m. "We are excited to deploy our significant industry expertise and value creation resources on behalf of our clients to build Bango Wind Farm.
