KATEK acquired bebro electronic and eSystems MTG from MAGENWIRTH Technologies.

KATEK, the Electronics division of the technology-oriented PRIMEPULSE Group, acquired bebro electronic and eSystems MTG, two electronics companies, from MAGENWIRTH Technologies. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With the KATEK Group, we have found a strong partner for our successful subsidiaries bebro and eSystems, which, together with the other members of the group, will not only achieve synergies in areas such as purchasing, sales and technology, but will also be able to shape the future of the industry as part of one of the currently strongest German brands in the electronics sector,” says Ralph Berndt, Managing Director of MAGENWIRTH Technologies.
