Synopsis
AddLife, a leader in life science equipment manufacturing acquires Lab-Vent Controls and Koldt & Ryø El, two of the major manufacturers of electrical equipment. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisitions means that we more clearly establish AddLife as a complete supplier of advanced solutions in cleanroom technology in the Danish market," Peter Simonsbacka, AddLife Business Area Manager.
