Providence Equity Partners-backed Superstruct Entertainment, a live entertainment platform, completed an investment in International Concert Service, a German full service producer and promoter of live entertainment events. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are very excited to join forces with ICS, the global leaders in metal.
