Kärcher, world's leading supplier of cleaning technology, to acquire MAX Holder, one of the leading manufacturers of multifunctional municipal vehicles. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Holder is known in the industry for his expertise in the design and manufacture of municipal equipment carriers.
