Safelite to acquire TruRoad from CenterOak.

Safelite Group, vehicle glass services, and recalibration company, agreed to acquire TruRoad Holdings, a provider of n-demand auto glass, Advanced Driver Assistance Systems recalibration, and claims services, from CenterOak Partners. Financial terms were not disclosed. With this acquisition, Safelite will have an increased capacity to expand its national footprint, accelerate growth, and better serve both customers and clients.
