RWE acquired a 49% stake in VSEH from a subsidiary of Innogy.

RWE, a German electric utilities company, acquired a 49% stake in VSEH, a holding company based in Kosice whose subsidiaries are engaged primarily in the business of electricity supply and distribution in Slovakia, from a subsidiary of Innogy. Financial terms were not disclosed. This activity is a further step aimed to realise RWE's transaction with E.ON. E.ON will seek to acquire the stake in VSEH next year.
