Biesterfeld completed the acquisition of Lindberg & Lund.

Biesterfeld, a distributor for plastics and chemicals, completed the acquisition of Lindberg & Lund, a Norwegian distribution company with its headquarters in Vestby/Oslo. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition is in line with our goal of continuously expanding our geographic footprint. Our growth strategy allows us to strengthen our core competencies and reinforce and expand our focus on high-quality, application-specific products and service-oriented solutions for our customers," Thomas Arnold, Biesterfeld CEO.
