Statkraft acquires E-WALD.

Statkraft, a leading producer of renewable energy acquires E-WALD, a German provider of EV-charging infrastructure. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We look forward to supporting the E-WALD team in its ambitious growth plans, "said Bjørn Holsen, Statkraft senior vice president of new business. "The company complements our current portfolio in Germany very well and strengthens our growth targets in the German e-mobility market."
