Western Australian consortium completed the acquisition of Midland Bricks from Boral for $86m.

A Western Australian consortium consisting of Linc Properties, Bichmead, and Fini Group completed the acquisition of Midland Brick, the brick manufacturing unit of Boral for $86m. Boral sells the brick business along with the associated ~800ha of landholdings. The transaction is expected to be closed by the end of the year.
