Synopsis
SiccaDania, an industrial equipment supplier in Birkerød, Denmark, acquired the assets of Van Tongeren-Kennemer, a machining manufacturer in Beverwijk, Netherlands. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of VTK is an excellent step for the SiccaDania Group to continue its path towards a market leading position in the global starch and protein industry’’ says SiccaDania’s CEO Soren Rasmussen.
