Gruppo PSC to acquire Alpitel.

Gruppo PSC, provides electrical contracting services, to acquire Alpitel, a company specialized in the telecommunications sector. Financial terms were not disclosed. The PSC group owned by the Pesce family has acquired a historic company that will allow it to implement, and with a move not just by its name, its activity in the telecommunications sector.
