Synopsis
BrightView Holdings, a leading commercial landscaping firm acquires Pro Scapes, a New York-based landscaping firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to welcome Pro Scapes, its employees and their customers to BrightView, I am certain that BrightView’s existing operation will learn many of Pro Scapes’ secrets for success, especially in their snow removal business.” Andrew Masterman, BrightView President and Chief Executive Officer.
