GTCR-backed Voyant completed its acquisistion of Acrobits.

GTCR-backed Voyant, a UCaaS and CPaaS service provider to businesses, completed its acquisistion of Czechia-based Acrobits, the provider of mobile communication apps. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are extremely pleased to welcome the highly skilled Acrobits' team to Voyant.
