Litorina-backed JOHBECO, a Swedish fresh food specialist group, completed the acquisition of Arvo Kokkonen, a Finnish fish and seafood specialist. Financial terms were not disclosed. Thanks to this partnership, Arvo Kokkonen can now also offer its customers in Finland a complete range of high-quality meat and delicatessen products.
