DFW Capital-backed Sev1Tech to acquire Engineering Solutions and Products.

DFW Capital-backed Sev1Tech, a leading provider in IT modernization, cybersecurity, and cloud services, agreed to acquire Engineering Solutions and Products, a premiere provider of C4ISR-focused solutions supporting the US Army’s vital warfare priorities.
