Norconsult to acquire KHS Arkitekter.

Norconsult, which provides engineering and design consultancy services, agreed to acquire KHS Arkitekter, an architectural consulting company. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition means that Norconsult gained control over around 220 consultants serving the construction sector in Denmark. The two enterprises already have an excellent working relationship based on a number of joint projects. “For us, it is a natural step in our continued development to become part of a larger enterprise. In the future, we will be in a position to be able to supply broader and even better services for our customers, in an industry where the trend is turning against having a ‘single point of contact’."
