Sentinel Real Estate to merge with Paragon International to form a new company.

Sentinel Real Estate, the California-based commercial real estate development company, announced a merger with Paragon International, construction consulting firm, to form Commercial Real Estate Development Enterprises. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to have merged two successful commercial real estate companies to create a powerful combination of services for our clients and to enhance and support our developments.
