Cerberus Capital Management completed the acquisition of Axsesstoday for $179m.

Cerberus Capital Management, an American private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Axsesstoday, a provider of equipment finance solutions to small and medium businesses in Australia, for $179m. “Axsesstoday is a recognized specialist lender for commercial equipment for businesses across Australia. We look forward to leveraging our industry expertise, operating experience, and financial resources to expand the Company’s platform.
