Qualium to invest in Magnolia Web Assurances.

Qualium, a private equity fund, agreed to invest in Magnolia Web Assurances, an online insurance brokerage company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We were seduced by the admirable management of Magnolia, its record track, its entrepreneurial approach and its visionary spirit. The management team led by Gérald Loobuyck has remarkably developed Magnolia these last years.
