Hutchinson completed the acquisition of PFW Aerospace.

Hutchinson, a global manufacturer of intelligent technical solutions for comfort, safety and energy efficiency primarily for the automotive and aerospace industries, completed the acquisition of PFW Aerospace, an aerospace company in Germany. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are pleased to join the Hutchinson Group and plan to use its industrial, material and production competencies to improve our own capabilities. The global presence in North America and Asia will be used to better fulfil the needs of our existing and new customers," Jordi Boto, PFW Executive Vice President.
