Quadrant Private Equity acquired a 60% stake in Adore Beauty, an online beauty retailer. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The beauty industry is showing strong growth driven by social media and we believe Adore is an innovator well positioned for the future," Quadrant managing director Justin Ryan.
