CopperPoint Insurance Companies acquired Alaska National Insurance Company.

CopperPoint Insurance Companies, a western-based regional commercial insurance company, acquired Alaska National Insurance Company, an Alaska domiciled workers’ compensation and commercial insurance carrier.
