REWE Group completed the acquisition of CK Fischer from KKCG.

REWE Group, one of the strongest retail and travel companies in Europe, completed the acquisition of CK Fischer, one of the leading tour operators on the domestic market, from KKCG, an investment group. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We have built CK Fischer up to be a strong company with considerable potential. I believe that the people who work for and manage the travel agency will be able – just as they did sixteen years ago – to successfully overcome the current challenge, too," Karel Komárek, KKCG Founder.
